I saw an item I like, but you only have one listed and I need more. Do you have any more?
Usually, yes. However, should you need more, let me know and I'll see what I can do. If I can get more, I will put it in my store for your purchase.

My item arrived broken, what do I do now?
Let me know right away that your item arrived broken. I will then ask that you return it following the guidelines in my terms of service. I can send it back to my supplier for credit. Once I receive the item back, I will either credit your PayPal account or will send a business check to you.

I bought a belt and it doesn't fit, can I return it?
Generally no. I do my best to take accurate measurements of all belts I sell. Please make sure that these measurements suit you. On the other hand, if an item was not accurately described or I overlooked a major flaw, you may return the item. The item must not have been worn by you or anyone else in receipt of the item after purchase. See Returns above. We are a smoke free home.

How often do you ship?
I ship six days a week excluding holidays. Your item should be out the door and on its way to you no longer than 48 hours after I have received you payment. Personal checks must clear prior to shipment. This can take up to 10 days. An exception to this policy would be illness or vacations. I will post notices in my eBay store when this occurs.
